Cucumber, thinly sliced in half moons 450 g

Vinegar, rice wine 500 ml

Romaine lettuce 20 leaves
Sesame seeds, toasted 35 g
Cilantro leaves 16 g

Vinegar, rice wine 500 ml
Sugar 38 g
Salt 12g

Gochujang (paste) 60 ml

1.Pickle the Vegetables
Bring to a boil the rice vinegar, the water, the sugar and the salt. Vierta on the radishes and cucumbers. Bring to room temperature.
Cover and refrigerate.
2.Preparation of the Fried Chicken
Combine the Lemon Za’atar Dressing, honey, and gochujang paste. Whisk well and set aside.
Cut the chicken into strips.
Dredge in flour, then deep fry until golden brown and cooked well.
Toss the chicken with the glaze until evenly coated.
3.End The Dish
Build the steamed buns, starting with lettuce, with fried chicken, pickled radish and cucumber, and cilantro. Sprinkle sesame seed on top.
